"Experience was fine with finding items online, bidding, and paying (though having two people taking credit cards at the field office would have been better). Issue came when we got the furniture home and there were stickers all over beautiful antique wood. No matter how hard we tried, the stickers did not come off cleanly and left a mess that took a long time to clean off. (This was an issue on the glass in artwork I purchased as well.) Some damage was done to finishes on furniture and picture frames thanks to the stickers. Expected better. Only snapped one pic, but I could have posted nearly a dozen."
