"This use to be a good pharmacy. Not sure what is going on now. We have prescriptions that are on auto refill, and they can never seem to get them in on time. Have ran out of the prescription and had to wait 2 weeks for them to refill. Just today, doctor faxed in a prescription for my daughter at 9:15am as of 3:30pm the pharmacy is saying they never received it. Looks like we will be switching pharmacy's right away."
"It feels strange reviewing a pharmacy but after years of using this location, I've had it. This location rarely answers the phone, and always makes you wait. Today, my doctor sent over a prescription for a nasal spray. Three hours later, I showed up to the pharmacy and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I was annoyed (it's a single bottle, no pills to count) but waited in my car for a little over 20 minutes, then returned. I was told it would be another ten minutes. Ten minutes went by, I patiently waited for the gal to finish with her current patient, then asked if mine was ready. I was told, "Almost" so I persisted and asked if she could tell me how many more minutes it would be. I think she realized my frustration at that point because she didn't return to the counter for a few more minutes until she had my prescription in hand. I was there for an hour for a single, $9 bottle of prescription nasal spray. What a joke. Changing pharmacies before I get my next prescription."
"Horrible pharmacy! I have had numerous problems over the past few months. They never have your prescription even after it gets sent multiple times, this happens every time. They have billing issues every single time even with different insurance companies. They will tell you they are working on it and then never do. I go to a different pharmacy and they run it with no problem. Today they were making fun of the person in line behind me. I am finally fed up. I'm tired of always paying out of pocket if I come here. I will just drive to another pharmacy from now on. Don't waste your time and money coming here. They don't care about people at all. Not to mention it stinks like rotten fish the whole time you wait because it's right next to the seafood counter."
"Literally the worst pharmacy. I called to fill my prescription SEVEN times today before they picked up the phone. They said they'd have it in an hour. Nothing. I go in an hour and a half later, and it turns out they never even put it through to be filled. Now it's 7pm on a Friday (I first called at 8:15am), and they tell me the prescription actually expired a couple days ago. So now I'll just have to go without until Monday because they couldn't be bothered to answer their phone all day, and all they had to say was "maybe you should come in next time instead." Utterly ridiculous. I have a job, I literally went in the first chance I was able today. Luckily it's not a medication I need to live, but what if it had been insulin? Heart medication? I understand they're probably short-staffed like everywhere else, but this is people's health and lives they're messing with."
"Go somewhere else! Anywhere else!!! They don’t care about their customers. Had a terrible experience with this pharmacy. First of all I went in to drop off a prescription and also have one transferred. My first interaction seemed to go fine. I let her know I had a GoodRx coupon but she insisted we try my insurance first. It was going to be 45 minutes for the one and expectations were set for the other to be in the morning. Being that I’m 7 months pregnant, and was not feeling well, I decided to leave the store to wait. 3 hours later, I had received no notice about my prescription. I called and the first time was hung up on. The second time, a very rude woman named Mandy picked up the phone and told me there was an issue with my insurance. I was pretty upset and asked why no one had reached out and explained that I had told them originally that I had a GoodRx coupon. The woman informs me that it was going to be 2 hours minimum more. I’ve been told by my doc that the stress being without this medication is not good for the baby and risky. I tell her this is unacceptable since I’ve already been waiting 3. She becomes belligerent taking an attitude that no one cares and refuses to hand the phone to anyone else until I raise my voice and demand to speak to someone above her. She hands the phone of to an indifferent pharmacist who continues to tell me the same thing. After arguing and pleading for a while and trying to get them to realize they should have listened in the first place and reached out to me when something was wrong, the pharmacist finally says he won’t move it to the back of the line if I came down and waited in person for my prescription. They have it ready by the time I get there. I end up in Mandy’s line. Everyone is super cold and unfriendly and I even try to ease the situation by apologizing to Mandy again and explain why the situation was so stressful. She waits until my father is just out of earshot to lecture me on how I need to be nicer and trying to blame me for the ENTIRE situation. Oh and as for the other prescription? They “lost” the transfer request"
