"I believe that good customer service should be the #1 rule for any customer service representative and for the most part it is doled out on a regular basis there by all with the exception of one. She has treated me rudely, very curtly and unfair as well. When I brought the matter to the manager's attention she made sure to let me know that I was not the first but one in several to lodge this same complaint. When I asked the manager why nothing was being done about it she told me that particular customer representative was not breaking any rules. I am sorry but I strongly believe , as I said before, that good customer service should be the first rule in that line of work. I was a loyal member there but refuse to give my money to a business that has such little regard to good customer service and acts like they just did me the greatest service by simply taking my money. My apologies to all those at tobacco connection who without a doubt know what good customer service is. I would gladly stay a loyal member but not at the risk of her attitude when so much money goes thru her hands a day and not even the floor manager believes that she is breaking any rules with her rude, curt and caustic attitude towards their patrons. Sorry Tobacco Connections, I really would've loved to give you a five star rating. If this behavior would have been a one time experience the five star rating would still be yours but such isn't the case here."
