"Ordered curbside online bc I’m sick with a bug. Arrived and parked in the online pick up parking area. We waited there for 30 minutes watching them clean up and chat with each other and even made eye contact with a few of them. I waited another 10 min before calling the store and was told “their i-pad doesn’t make noise” then I watched them take our order off of the “in store” pick up shelf and bring out our food (no idea how long it was there for). If you are going to order online, make sure you’re on top of your order… because the staff won’t be."

"Came to Wichita to visit my granddaughter and she said she loves this place. It definitely did not disappoint! The menu was vast and it was hard to find a seat. We came on a Friday at lunch time. I see why it’s so popular. Great service, great food, reasonable prices!"

"This has become our go too Sunday after church lunch stop!!! Amazing staff very friendly and helpful! The place can get a little busy after second service but is still efficient. The food is always yummy no matter what we order and the proportions are always more than we expect. The reason for 4 stars on atmosphere is because it can get very noisy and there is only one stall bathroom."

"I just love the breadbowl. The food I did receive tasted great. The service was lacking. My order came nearly 30 minutes after they told me it would be ready. They didn't give me my whole order. This is McAlister's. I expected much better, but the food was great. I figured I'd give them another try since it's been awhile. Came to the counter and had to wait an obscenely long time before even being greeted. I may try again in another year. This places obviously still could care less about it's customers."

"Okay, my sandwich was good. But my wife got the green goddess salad which was over $10 and it came out with rotten avocado on top. The manager was the one who dropped it off. She removed it and ate what was wasn't rotten. Very busy and didn't want to wait for something else. Disappointed they brought that out. Should've clearly saw it was bad and got a new one."
