Dollar Tree,

"The store is not well staffed for busy times and cashiers and other associates don't seem to notice when the line is getting long or they don't care. I've seen other people working on the floor who pay absolutely no attention to the amount of people waiting to be checked out. There were seven people in line and counting today and the cashier never once asked for backup. Maybe that's not what they do at Dollar tree, but it doesn't seem like a customer friendly way to run your business. I totally get being understaffed and busy but to not be able to even call up one more cashier to help check seems unreasonable if there are other associates working in the store. Dollar Tree either needs to treat their Associates better or hire people who are more customer oriented because they aren't representing you well. Or look at your policies and reevaluate where better practices need to come into play. Most of the time if you train and treat your people well they will serve you well. The company and management are always responsible for poor customer experience and poor team performance."

"I purposely went to a Dollar Tree quite a distance from my neighborhood store, because this one routinely is better kept. Not today. There was stuff on the floors where irresponsible ppl knocked it from shelves & left it."
