Assistance is offered and given (but not pushy, if you don't want them to help out, they will leave you alone until you summon them). I almost always return to this particular store because of my many positive shopping experiences here. Highly recommend for whatever your needs are. They have more than just office supplies (if you weren't aware; food and beverage items, cleaning supplies, a vast children's selection, they will process your Amazon return(s), and a full shipping area with any items you require (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.) for any packages you wish to send."
