"Not the cleanest place and hard to find an employee"

"There's not a lot of customer service here, but the cashier was super friendly, and very professional. I had an item that wasn't in their pricing system, but the cashier knew exactly how to find it without checking the shelf. I worked in retail MGMT for 14 years, and I would've been delighted to have hired her when I was managing retail stores! Store #04075; visit time was 10-17-23 @ 12:19pm"

"This store gets more and more ridiculous every trip. The aisles get more cluttered yet the shelves are almost empty. Employees lie to customer about carried products to keep from doing a return. You can no longer buy socks or under wear here because they put 2 or 3 security tags through each package. As soon as they're washed or worn they are ruined from the holes in the fabric. Customers are uncomfortable to shop there cuz you're profiled and then followed around the store. You are going to have to allow your customers without receipts to exchange items they got as presents for gift cards or you will lose all your patrons."

"This visit was actually a pleasant one. There were 3 - 4 of us standing in line & another 1 or 2 other people were getting ready to stand in line @ the register. Now normally that's the way it would stay, just the 1 register open & several people waiting, despite other workers in the store, some even coming close enough to the front to see a bunch of people waiting & only the one register open. However, this time another employee came up front & after seeing there were a bunch of people waiting in line opened another register & we all got the the checkout process alot quicker. Hats off to that lady employee for actually responding to the situation."
