"I have been a member since 2021. I like it here. They don't care if you use chalk as long as you clean up after yourself. Staff is friendly and helpful and keep it clean. I'm glad they finally have 2 deadlift pads, but we wish they weren't connected to squat racks. Sucks to wait for the deadlift pads because people are using it for squats or hipthrusters. The new horse mats are help protect the floor they should've made the existing floor even first. Not having metal dumbells was a good call. Wish all the light weights were on one side and 50 plus on the other for logistic purposes. Now they need wider bench press racks. The current bench racks aren't wide enough for heavy powerlifters and they need designated squat racks just for squats. Then it will be perfect."

"This gym cleanliness is awful. The tanning beds are low quality and always hair on the bulbs and on the carpet with no cleaner or paper towels. The manager Melody has an unprofessional attitude and refuses to accommodate the customer and would rather argue over $31 dollars then serve the customer and take care of the small community we are in. I will never understand this mentality, I’m in customer service and if I treated my customers this poorly I would never make a sale or have repeat business. DON’T join this rat hole!"

"I’m not typically the type to leave a bad review but this gym earned it. We’ve had tons of issues with this gym, from the constant change of management and things not be addressed, to someone not ever being in the childcare area (despite being charged for it), increasing in cost of membership (even though the amenities decrease and machinery is always broken) and more. We stayed committed to going to this gym in hopes the issues would be resolved and it would improve eventually. Mind you we’ve been going here since June of 2022, so we’ve dealt with it for a while. We had a last straw moment though. My husband took our son to the gym with him (I stayed home with our daughter because we’re probably the only people who don’t bring their kids to the gym when they’re sick) and they waited for about 45 minutes for a spot to open up in the kids club (no big deal, it happens). However, a mom came to get their kid, opening up a space for him, so he went to go walk in with our son to check him in, and another girl rudely walked in and took his place. The girl managing kids club let the other girl in ahead of my husband who was waiting almost an hour, while the other girl had literally just walked in. The girl managing kids club could have EASILY just said “sorry, someone was waiting ahead of you” and let my husband sign our son in, but instead, she failed to handle the situation and just told my husband sorry, and basically just said F you. The manager did nothing. Other workers were present and witnessed the whole thing and no one did anything. It had a VERY simple resolution and no one did anything about it. My husband called me very frustrated, and was gonna sit there and continue waiting for another spot to open up. I told him I was coming over there to cancel (I paid for each of our memberships). All of the workers we spoke with agreed it was a ridiculous situation, and yet no one did a thing about it. A sad and unnecessary event that could have been avoided with some maturity and accountability Side note: we were informed the gym has a policy where the parents cannot wait in the kids club for a space to open up, so you have to leave the room and wait in the lobby area and wait for a spot to open."

"The people that work there are very friendly. The equipment works great. However, some of the pads on the machines need either repaired or replaced. The pool room has to strong of chlorine smell. Maybe some ventilation would help. Also, the walls around the pool could use some work. For the most part, this is a great place to go work out."

"DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE... if you ever plan on canceling at least. I got a membership with crunch a year ago and never used it because of how busy it was 24/7. I did the annual membership with the monthly fee. On my account it said that my account was active until a certain date. My understanding was once my account was no longer active I would not be billed... apparently that was incorrect. On the last day of my membership I was charged BOTH a monthly and annual fee. I am not sure why I would be charged BOTH when my account was supposed to go inactive but I also can not get an answer for that. I have called AND emailed three times since December 12th 2023. Every time I call, the manager is "busy" and they say they are going to cancel my membership and leave a note for the manager. Here I am a month later... no phone call or email back and i just got charged again! This is now the second time I have been charged a monthly fee after my inactive day and it is not like I have not tried to cancel it. I am very disappointed and VERY unimpressed with how this has been handled from Crunch. I have now paid over $100 AFTER my member was supposed to be "inactive" and can not get anyone to help me resolve my issue."
