"You have really gone down hill in the last month. Loved coming here the cashier were always so friendly and nice and made you feel welcomed. Now the cashier don't care. Every night I go in there the all the cashiers are on there phones viedo chatting or playing games and sitting down. I have to tell them and point out what I want. Guys are slow and they don't tell me my total amount and never count back my change or ask if I need a receipt. I'm sorry that I come into your convenience store you and your workers make me feel like an inconvenience to them. Where did cassie go she was your best worker eveyone loved seeing her face she was polite knew what I wanted as I walked in the door you need more people like her. You could tell she enjoyed her job. Need more people like her in the neighborhood store"
"This place has really gone down hill. Its a convenient store not so convenient anymore. Every time I have gone in there the two night shift guys have been on their phone texting videos chatting and ignoring customers."
"When I leave my house to drive to a store to purchase something in winter conditions and they close 9 minutes early I will never return. Screw you dude who wanted to close early for whatever selfish reasons."
"I loved this store. It was great for my kids, my wife and I. What I don’t love, is the decline in management. Having been coming here for 6 years, the previous manager was personable, a great greeter, leader and knew the neighborhood clientele. As did the majority of employees at the time. This manager that replaced him a few years ago has no customer service skills, is awful with employees infront of customers, and his personality is generally distasteful. His hiring taste is awful as well. Only three of the countless staff under his management and hire have been good or great. Those three are still employed, but who knows for how long with his blatantly poor treatment of staff and customers. This is a neighborhood shop. The manager should be family and neighborhood oriented individual. Not a cold and careless robot that couldn’t fake a smile if his life depended on it. Good luck."
"Prices are extremely high for basic commodities. The few times I have been in there the employees weren’t friendly or were kinda off. I bought a gallon of milk and the employee and a stranger were watching me the whole time, but when I brought the milk up to pay the employee never said a word but the stranger asked several invasive questions to me. Not sure if the stranger was a friend of the employee or not but it was a creepy experience. The lack of an actual parking lot also creates the potential for several accidents."
