"I love the vibe of this brewery. It was a beautiful night with evening Temps in the low 60s, and the place was packed with people sitting in doors and outside. A bluegrass band was playing in the corner and the beers were great. I had 3 different drinks, the pilsner, a hazy IPA, and a tripel. All of them were true to their type, with the tripel being my personal favorite."

"Great vibe, prices, and staff. Be prepared to bring your own food in or have it delivered. That's a new concept for me. I've been to restaurants that were BYOB, but never a bar that was Bring Your Own Food, but we made it work. Never been in a bar where kids were welcome, either. That took a little getting used to, and I'd be willing to bet, or hope at least, that fostering a more family friendly atmosphere helps keep behavior in check. The band was great, really talented. Preten Friend, was the band, a bit of rock-a-billy, bluegrass, CSN&Y sound with original material. Inside and outside seating with a huge garage door separating the inside from the outside. The door was closed because it was a little chilly outside, but there were plenty of people sitting outside and the front entrance door was wide open, so on cool night you might want to bring a light jacket. All beer is served from the counter, and one of the staff is constantly on the move recovering empty glasses, and they tend to empty pretty quickly because the beer is delicious. I stuck with a CSB staple, the Wizard of Hopps. You can often find it in most local restaurants, but it's always a treat getting it directly from the mother ship. The decor was funky hanging light, plants the size of small trees, and a completely out of place painting of a seascape which just added to the cool and eclectic vibe. Go, enjoy, drink, and get there early or you won't get a table."

"I’ve had all of the Eastern European craft beers in Kansas and none of them come close to Central’s Czech Pils. 12/10 best beer that’s ever existed. The icing on this cake is their banana cream beer. Sounds like it wouldn’t work, right? WRONG! It’s the best banana beer that’s ever existed ever in the history of ever. Congratulations, Wichita, on finally have g the best of something."

"This is the best brewery in The state of Kansas! Hands down. It is literally, the standard, that I hold any craft brew beer to. Wizard Wednesday is the best deal you can get on an amazing ipa! $3 a pour."

"Very chill, laid back vibes. I loved the abundance of outdoor seating and how they had a large garage door that merged the indoors and outdoors. They had some really good locally sourced pizza and bomb brews. They specialize in sours and IPAs, which is super cool."
