"I brought my furnace in to be fix it wouldn’t light they hooked it up and said it was fine charged me $152.23 The picture of the electrode or whats left of it is what they replaced at Bobby combs RV. Now my furnace is fine no thanks to blue dog RV. The $152.23 should have been refunded."

"Needed a part, got a part. Quick and easy. Staff was helpful and friendly. Some of the parts are overpriced. Like a part from Amazon for $30 is $120 there. I don't know what the service or sales for RVs is like. Would recommend, just watch the prices."

"Brought my Grand Design in for warranty work, which included replacement of a faulty microwave oven. They replaced it alright, but didn’t pay attention to the exhaust fan orientation. Installed it with the factory position of straight up not out the back where the exhaust flaps are. To make things worse they had stripped one of the mounting screws making it nearly impossible to remove. The top of the microwave nut holder is destroyed. Of course I’m in Tucson trying to get it fixed by a local technician. Read instructions much?"

"I am so impressed with what I see as a transition of Blue Dog RV to absolute greatness. I was looking to purchase a trailer years ago and swore I would never go back again, I decided to give them another chance. My saleswoman was Lacey and first I was impressed at her appearance and professionalism she showed us, we were not rushed into anything and she walked with us in the 40 degree weather for hours showing us what they had in stock. We looked at a few trailers and went back into the office where they made us a stellar deal on a brand new trailer. We did not purchase the trailer from blue dog because we found a new used one from a private seller, we had told Lacey this. She still went out of her way to still make the offer and was not at all upset about what we said. We left Blue Dog and went on to purchase from a private seller. I have never been treated so well in my life as I was at Blue Dog and I was not paid to write a review, I say give credit where credit is due. I can tell you from research that Blue Dog RV is the lowest price and most quality products you will find hands down.
