"No 5 stars today, they wouldn't let me do self checkout cause I had more than 10 items so had to go to one of the check out lanes and wait forever since they only had a couple of them open. If that's the new policy they need to hire more cashier's so people don't have to wait in line forever. Ridiculous !"

"Shoplifting controls are too punitive to paying customers, and reduce the level of service. You are cracking down on the wrong people. There is a long line at self checkout, because you’ve chosen to reduce the amount of registers. I’m tired of being inconvenienced, and tired to being confronted at the door for having some $3 eggs or $3 paper towels in my cart that I already paid for."

"This electric department is terrible and needs better staff won't come back here. Would have bought over hundred dollars in electronics but the man wouldn't give me a box to go to the front nor ring up my items with the electronic. You have lost out on my business. Do better walmart."

"We needed a tire patched while we were here from out of town. They checked us in and said it would be a 2 hour wait for that. 2.5 hours later I checked on our status and they said people have made appointments and they keep bumping you so it will be 2.5 more hours! We live 3 hours away and just need an $18 puncture repair. Absolutely horrible service. How can people schedule appointments after I've checked in and then they bump me?"

"Another Walmart, at the shopping area of East Kellogg and Greenwich. Pros: incredibly nice greeters, organized conditions and clean presentation on the home and pharmacy side, except for the always-depleted vinyl section. Cons: produce and grocery conditions can be a mess. If you have to go, the left side is the best side."
