"Very cool little store with a great selection of hot foods, drinks, munchies, etc. Picnic tables and cozy seating in front, restroom on the side. Nice location for a turnaround on a bike ride from Spokane whether coming down the Palouse Hwy, Dishman Mica or Hwy 27. For an easier loop come down Dishman Mica, return on Palouse Highway. Google Maps has great bike routing to keep you out of traffic as much as possible."

"Very pleasantly surprised! Usually, I don't post positive reviews... however, the service, condition, and food screamed for one.. so here I am. I stopped in the store to grab a bite because I was hungry and it was late and well... I never grab to go food. I was expecting a warming center with barely edible food... that is definitely not what I found. Instead, I found a full service to-go restraunt with smiles.. politeness and an eager to please attitude. It had been years since I've been in there, and everything was immaculate. Clean.. newly remodeled and under new management. The gentleman behind the counter was all smiles and very nice. The energy he projected was polite deference with a massive heaping of positivity. It is very refreshing to see from anyone in a retail environment. You couldn't help but respond in kind. I had questions, and he was very patient and respectful. A very good experience. I ended up ordering a chefs salad in lieu of fries and a cheeseburger. First, the cheeseburger allowed me to get swis in lieu of the standard American cheese. Awesome!!! As a matter of fact, they have a variety of cheeses to choose from. I opted for lettuce, tomato, and onion. The burger was delicious!! The beef was not old and freezer burnt.. instead, it was fresh and perfectly seasoned and not overcooked into a hockey puck. Perfect! The onions were the sweet red ones, and the lettuce and tomatoes were fresh. I had questions about what they put in a chefs salad and was invited back to the prep area to get the questions answered that the gentleman behind the counter didn't have the answer to. It was immediately apparent that this was a family business. The older gentleman was very attentive polite and also all smiles. I got the impression that he was completely focused on making me happy. Now, to be perfectly honest, I can be difficult at times.. but I wasn't able to find a single thing to be difficult about. The service was amazing. As the gentleman was making my salad, it was very apparent how much care he was taking. He kept checking the slip for the order to ensure it was perfect. And it was!!! Not a single error, and everything was fresh! It was a very awesome experience with lots of positive energy and wonderful food!"

"I've filled up my tank and purchased likely thousands worth on my way home from work each day. Stopped in today and just wanted a bit of ice to add to my cup....AFTER FILLING UP MY TANK! unfortunately for me I didn't think I needed my wallet to add ice to my go cup, my bad! Who knows how much money this business will lose over being greedy and RUDE! have it your way, next time I'll stop in Fairfield or wait until I get back to Spokane where people still have common courtesy. y'all lost yourselves a customer today."
