"I worked with both sales managers through the process of getting my furniture and they were absolutely stellar. My couch couldn’t fit through my door way so I ordered a modular, albeit much more expensive, couch and I am more than impressed with it and my new coffee table! After the first couch wouldn’t fit, the manager even offered to bring out a recliner so I at least had something to sit in until my new couch arrived. Appreciated the offer, but I was ok being patient and didn’t want to burden them with extra time and labor. Quinton and Denton were the most friendly delivery drivers I have ever dealt with—absolutely professional in every way! I only wish I had cash on me to tip them properly! If you are renting furniture, definitely consider this location in Wichita! I will definitely recommend them to everyone!"

"I have a washer&dryer payment with these folks. Most payments have been late. I’ve paid for the late weeks they were not free. My issue isn’t with the appliances or the company. My issue is with the manager of this store. Today calling me went awry.#1He listens quietly an says nothing while his employees call guests(me)to Rent A Center.#2 He called me by my 1st name. He really screwed up there.#3 Although, I have about 500-700$ left, in a high crime area he chose me. I do not think Rent a Center guests know it’s a 3 way call. An I personally am just late on payment. I’m not trying to hide anything. It has been noted he has access personal information of all guests of Rent a Center. That might be your companies way of business. It’s noted.#4 I think by things said in our conversation that he knows a little more about me than just a washer&dryer payment. So with that being said, there are issues with this whole scenario. I’ve been on the phone with them for 1year. I’m posting this for my own safety. No I’m not crazy. I have reasons. Everything in my life is documented because life’s hard sometimes. Manager of Rent a Center I don’t need to know your name. Or want to. You’ll get your payments. I’d suggests you let it go, there’s nothing to get even about. I do not care. You’re the winner. Stay away from me."
