"Purchased a furnace control board through them. Installed and found the issue was not control board. Switched back to my previous control board and returned the item. Come to find they’re saying that the board is non-refundable due to it being installed for 5 mins on my furnace so it’s no longer “new”. Absolutely no damage to the board. Don’t know why they would even allow a refund option for a non-refundable item. Still no communication about them returning the item they’re refusing to refund to me. So keeping the item and refusing to give me my money back."

"1 star because they close at noon on Saturday and not open on Sunday when EVERYONE IS WORKING ON THEIR STUFF. Had to resort to Amazon 3 times when I prefer shopping local. It's your own fault."
