"Employees are all family related and very disrespectful and rood , if they dont like you .Complaints to management does nothing"
"If I could give less then one star I would. This place is a joke of a business. Not only once now. But twice I've been ripped off and charged money on my debit card for things I did not buy. And when I've tried going through the correct Channel to get it back. The company manager putts me off and has done nothing to correct it. I will never go to this station again as long as I live."
"DO NOT BUY GAS HERE. Safeway rewards do not work here and their gas is 40 cents higher than surrounding stations. Still overpricing daily."
"Stopped by Paul's Chevron the other day to get gas. Unfortunately, the only gas that was available was the supreme. The regular was out of service. But these guys had done things the right way and offered it at the regular price! This "old school" practice is something that seems to have been lost when it comes to businesses and customer service! Greatly appreciated I will definitely be getting gas here more often, thank you guys for showing integrity and caring about your customers in an age where this is out of date!"
"I've been using my Safeway card at this station to get gas points for about 18 months now. When I simply use cards at pump, I have no issues. However, going inside to pay is a gamble. Either the terminals don't accept Safeway card or bank cards, it's not every time, but enough to make me think twice. The main issue is the common attitude of arrogance and rudeness of employees. Like I'm doing "them" some great favor. They're system fails and I'm treated dismissively like their glitch is my fault? Today was the last straw, no more for me. I can easily save 25-35 cents per gallon in CDA. And with my 42 gallon tanks on the Yukon I can wait til I head south. With multiple workers throwing same attitude, that tells me it comes from ownership. I refuse to reward poor customer service with my business."
