"I don't usually do this but I was deeply saddened by our recent visit. Myself (plus size) and my mom (wheelchair bound) came in to try to find me clothes for pilates. Unfortunately staff didn't even acknowledge us except for a look our way. Other customers came and went and all were greeted and asked to be helped. I found some cute clothes and tried them on but I decided to not buy off of principal alone. I haven't been treated this way at Lululemon or elsewhere trying to buy good workout clothes. Unfortunately, we won't be back. My mom was so floored by it that she asked me to let her outside before I tried on clothes due to how uncomfortable she felt. Again, I don't normally do this and I don't believe I've ever left a review like this before-- I hope I never have to again."

"My recent visit to Athleta on 07/11/23 left me deeply disappointed. From the moment I entered, the unwelcoming looks I received made me feel racially profiled. When I asked about purchasing tights, I was told they weren't in the store, only to find them later on my own. The staff's dishonesty and discriminatory behavior left me with no desire to make a purchase. Athleta must address these issues promptly and ensure all customers are treated respectfully, regardless of their background. Potential customers deserve better."
