"I came here for jeans, which I found out they no longer sell my size in store or online. When I was bigger I bought all my jeans from here! I’ve been losing weight and when I told her my size she told me I can shop with them after I lose enough weight. I most certainly won’t be. She told me AE was more inclusive before covid when it was a trend, like it’s not important anymore? I can see the in the reviews other people have had similar experiences. Probably with her. I shop here for gifts and the same lady is always very rude she’s older with a brown Karen cut. Anyways, she is always rude and now I definitely won’t shop here anymore."

"Despite the store being clean and high quality clothes, I was extremely disappointed with the way I was treated at this location by one of the employees. I came in to return a pair of jeans that didn’t fit me and when she seen my size, she made the most disgusting face and gasped, then stated that they didn’t sell that big of size in store. To say I had tears running down my face as I left is an understatement. I do not think she should be working in this store (or any clothing retail stores) if she cannot be courteous of other people bodies especially when she has no clue what people are going through. I will mostly not come back into this store again."

"I LOVE THEIR clothes.but Some of the female workers hired at this location are very rude. They give you dirty looks and a hard time about things. I think the hiring process should be harder. Not everyone is made for retail"
