"The shoes are shining like the sun but the staff are a bit harsh. A staff got mad because I was trying to go out and the beeper kept beeping, then they got mad at me. It’s not my fault that the beeper is sensitive."

"One of our favorite stores. Quality and affordability. The clothes are just as nice as the Gap at a fraction of the cost. Great clearances and their new rewards program rocks! I opened a credit card there a few years ago and it’s been bestie life ever since."

"I'm glad the fitting rooms are open and the attendant had them cleared and was attentive. However, finding what we were looking for in the right sizes was challenging. We needed 3-5 pairs of size 6 khaki shorts with a 7 inch inseam. We bought the one available. I find it easier to order and return here than to try and find basic staples. I also wish they would carry women's long in the store. Otherwise, the store was clean, there was a short checkout line and displays were orderly (with some cute but limited sizes PRIDE shirts)"

"Slightly expensive if they aren't having a sale. They price match. I used a coupon for $35 off $75 recently and had no problems there. The clearance shorts were $5 if that gives you an idea of cost. Staff was helpful in asking if I needed help. They could use a bigger selection in clothes/ styles In boys ( I have 3). They do have sizes 18 in boys which you can't always find at other stores but that size is limited in this store. And I wasn't able to find 18 in any shirt there, only bottoms.. store was clean."

"Unlike many other clothing shops, Old Navy has a lot of ways to give back to its customers. I like their Old Navy card, they have great in store and online sales and rewards membership. I’ve had better luck with finding good quality outfits from Old Navy that has lasted me for years. I really wish they had their own outlet rather than located inside the mall."
