"Very friendly staff, good selection of fall clothing options however I found out they don’t keep the “curvy” fits in stock and they have to be ordered online. So, if you’ve got curves…this isn’t the place for you, nothing to try on so online orders could even be placed. Too bad, I really liked a lot of the clothes there."

"I spent the past 6 years in maternity clothes and was finally ready to revamp my wardrobe. I used to buy WHBM jeans and loved them, so I decided to order online during their Black Friday sale. Unfortunately, they are not made like they used to be and I didn’t like the cut. When I returned them to the store, an associate noted some dust/chalk type marks on the black denim jeans which was there upon arrival to me. She was very accusatory and acted as though she wouldn’t return them when they clearly hadn’t been worn. The store and associates felt very uninviting; I certainly won’t be returning."

"Went here in Black Friday to do a little Christmas shopping. I was 1 of 3 customers inside the store. No one greeted nor offered to help whatsoever. I looked around but kept being interrupted by this loud laugh. I was curious so I looked and found the salesperson standing behind the counter laughing with her co-workers. The store isn’t really big so you could hear her all the way to the door. I spent about 20-25 minutes in there and still not one word from the salesperson. Needless to say, I left without making a purchase. Was interested in a leather jacket for $450 but I decided to take my money elsewhere."
