"This store is amazing!! Everyone at this location is sweet, helpful, and so much fun! The manager Monique was the primary person assisting me and she was fabulous! I needed lots of clothes for a new job but had no idea what styles would be best or even what size I needed. Morgan was an angel and got all the right sizes and every selection she made for me fit beautifully! This was the best shopping trip I’ve ever had! She even made a list of salons she recommended when I mentioned I was looking for one. She and the team there truly went above and beyond. I left the store feeling so beautiful! Thank you so much to everyone there!"

"I would give this location 5 Stars but what happened on my 2nd & 3rd visit to the store kind of left me puzzled. I mean all things considered we are living in the time of Covid-19 soooooo I'll only take one star off simply because we're living in some weird times. Here's my review. My 1st visit 7/4/2020 was EPIC. I had a clothing crisis due to another company not getting my clothes I needed for a wedding to me timely. Torrid Manager Alex SAVED THE DAY!! She was empathetic to my plight and was very helpful. Alex asked me questions to get a feel of what look I was going for and in less than 30 minutes she helped me and my mother pull an outfit and accessories together. She was THE BEST hype person and even showed interest in how everything looked together when I tried all the pieces on, Alex ran from the front of the store to hype my look. I was VERY pleased with my experience. Imagine my surprise when I returned a week later and was IGNORED by most of the staff working on a Thursday afternoon. I will say I was greeted by the store associate who was on mask/greeter duty. My 2nd visit was bland at best, no one asked if they could help me, the store wasn't busy, it was myself and another shopper. I purchased a top, leggings and some earrings. While the woman at the register rang me up she did tell me when scanning my earrings that the jewelry was buy one get one for $5. At this point I was kinda annoyed and was wondering what happened to the cool chill vibe from the week earlier. 3rd Visit came the next day. I loved my shirt from Thursday so I drove back to the mall to grab another cute top. We got to Torrid at 4.15pm, the gate was pulled and a sign said Back in 30 min. No worries there, emergencies happen and sometimes people have to close early. I did some more browsing looking for alternate tops while I waited 30 min and returned to Torrid. Forty minutes later the gate was still down. I walked around some more thinking my luck would change but it didn't. 2nd and 3rd visits bummed me out BUT Torrid is dope overall and I did receive GREAT service on my 1st visit. When I'm in Wichita I'll still drop in to browse and shop"
