"Disappointing experience. We recently moved and quickly needed a couch, we bought a floor model which we recieved no floor model discount on, the couch cushion sunk in within months, we purchased the warranty for 5 years of cleaning (we have a dog and a new baby), when we called the store to have it cleaned, they sent us to some third party who is sending out cleaning solution and a rag. Misleading sales tactic on the warranty and no support regarding the sub-par couch that was sold to us at full price after sitting on the floor for who knows how long. Purchase under Sara Hanegraaf."

"Bought a new home and was searching for a new couch for weeks. Ended up going to furniture outfitters as our last stop and fell in love with the first couch we saw. Chad let us know that there was the same couch coming in a different color and he would notify us when it came in. Within our first 5 minutes in the showroom, we knew we would find exactly what we were looking for. FO seems to have a fantastic selection of pieces, hand-picked and carefully selected to keep current with popular trends, but also to provide function WITH fashion. Chad guided us through several options, but was always listening for what we wanted, and what we were ultimately searching for. The result was us finding a bed frame and sectional that we LOVE. Delivery occurred within 3 days of purchase, and the delivery team was fantastic. They made sure everything was exactly where we wanted it, put together properly, and that we were completely satisfied before they left. Altogether, a fantastic experience and we will definitely be back for more!"

"Really wanted to like this store, but received my table (which I LOVE) but with had two large cracks (seen in photos) reached out to the store, asked me to send photos to the owner. Sent photos and received no help. Definitely disappointed after spending almost $2,000.00 on a brand new table. Love supporting local business' but after this experience wouldn't recommend. ***UPDATE*** 10 months later and still have not received an update from the Owner or manufacturer."

"In and out and picked up in under an hour. The service was phenomenal and our couch is beautiful! We loved the selection they had - lots of different styles that normal furniture stores don’t have. VERY REASONABLE PRICES. Big name stores haven’t been doing it for us. We’ll be coming back here for the rest our furniture needs. Oh, and I love our new couch!"
