"These people are CRAZY good!!! I couldn't believe how fast, friendly, and personable the service was. I live down the street from them and called to have my lawn mower serviced. They said they could come and get it and they were at my house before I could even get my pickup moved out of the way of the gate where the mower was parked. The guy drove it to the shop, serviced it, beefed up the flimsy steering assembly he noticed was coming apart, and drove it back. I was expecting this to take weeks but my mower was gone, serviced, and back in less than 24 hours...now that's what I call fast service!!! Thank you so much for your help Blue Mountain!!! Now I only wish I could find that kind of service for plumbing:) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THESE GUYS!!!!"

"To say the staff at Blue Mountain was helpful and friendly would be an understatement. Even understaffed Monday they came out to pickup my riding lawnmower to take back for repair. The persons name I'm sorry to say I've forgotten. He discovered the problem and told me he could take it in or I could pickup the parts which I did yesterday. I installed the missing pin in the drive axel and now all is good. From my first phone call Friday with Doug to going by Monday then yesterday to pickup the parts the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. You do not find service like this often.
