"Came in to find a mattress. Cameron was very helpful and knowledgeable. It took a little longer due to having someone opening a credit card in my name last hear so had to jump through a few more hoops but he was very patient and got it figured out. Can't wait for our new mattress to arrive!"
"When we entered the store we were immediately greeted by Vivian and she made us feel welcome and let us know if we had any questions; which we had a ton of , to just let her know. She engaged us right away and took the time to answer our questions and show us a variety of beds and options. We decided on our new bed and proceeded with the paperwork and purchase. We were happy with Vivian and her excellent customer service. The delivery was sheduled for Saturday 11/18/23 between 8:00am and 10:00am. They were at our house at 8:40am and did their jobs to carry our new bed upstairs. During the set up it was discovered that stop bar for the adjustable base was incorrect. The drivers advised us to make a sales call or stop by the store to rectify the error. My wife decided to stop by and discuss the matter with Vivian who took it upon herself to make it right. Upon doing so she went above and beyond in personally delivering the correct stop bar to our home just this Sunday morning. We gave Denver mattress 4 stars but we give Vivian 5 stars. Thank you for the excellent customer service."
