"This was our first time here. We stopped in on a Friday evening around 7pm and it was fairly busy, but we were still seated quickly. I really enjoyed the tables and booths. I had the Italian with wedge fries and my girlfriend had the Cardinal with Elote Pasta. My sandwich was excellent and so were the fries. The Elote seemed to lack the Elote flavor you'd expect but was still good. The pricing seemed fair for the full sandwich, but the Cardinal seemed fairly small for the price. We'll definitely be back to try some of the other sandwiches."

"We had lunch on a Saturday. I had the Cardinal, which was a Rueben, and the red cabbage slaw. My wife had the Meadowlark, which was a shaved wayguu beef, bacon jam, pimento cheese and sprouts. Both sandwiches were very good. The battered potato wedge app was pretty good. The slaw was vinegar based and quite tart. Our waitress, Lexi, was very good. I gave service only 2 stars because the kitchen was astoundingly slow. Our order took about 50 minutes for 2 sandwiches."

"I have to be blown away to leave a 5* review on a $15 sandwich. Redbird nails it. The Italian is so good every time. Large portion. Side salad is huge. The special today was pulled brisket chili. Incredible. Great place for a weekday lunch! Drew Bendell behind the bar makes it that much better!"

"If I could give a rating higher than five stars, I would. Everything we ate was delicious. I had the Eagle. The Italian roll was soft, the wagyu beef was truly tender, and the flavor of the entire sandwich was amazing. My husband had the Pelican and he said it too, was perfection! The battered wedge fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. We sat at the bar and everyone was so friendly (shout out to Mike!) On top of all of this, great atmosphere. Can't wait to go back!"

"Food was fantastic, best cuban I've had in town! Bread is made in house its phenomenal. We also tried the Raven which was great as well, basically a patty melt on roids. Cocktails were delicious, you have to try the red bird old fashioned it's so good. Cant say enough good things about this place, service was perfect everyone is friendly and attentive. Be sure to stop by and give them a try!"
