"Redrock Canyon Grill was a triple treat tonight. The food, the service (Danielle was amazing), and the atmosphere were all on point. My son ordered the chicken enchilada dinner, and the taste and presentation were absolutely to die for. I enjoyed the rack of bbq pork ribs (I now have lots of leftovers) and replaced the sides with a house salad. The Redrock house salad is one of the best tasting salads thanks to their Adobe dressing. It's definitely a staple that we order every time we dine here."
"Wonderful dinner again at Redrock. Started the meal with the skillet cornbread. It was tastey. Enjoyed a smoky old fashioned until our Seared Tenderloin and Enchilada platters arrived. Our server, Caesar, was great. If you haven't been there, check it out. Be ready for a wait to get a table. The prices are on the high side, but it's well worth it."
"Stopped by for dinner and was pleased with the perfectly cooked steak just the way I prefer it. Their mashed potatoes were a highlight, absolutely delicious. Overall, it's a decent spot for a satisfying dinner. Do note, though, the place tends to get crowded; it's wise to make a reservation or arrive early to secure a table."
