P.F. Chang's

"Myself and a friend went in for lunch and found a guy buttoning his shirt at the reception desk. The lady who sat us was chewing on gum. The above mentioned dresser turned out to be out waiter. We ordered the crispy honey chicken and the sweet and sour chicken. The waiter asked if we wanted rice and we both agreed to rice. Let me state here, that no where on the menu nor did the waiter advise that the cup(or so) of rice was an additional charge. The food came out and while it was tasty, the sweet and sour chicken was drowning in sauce. It became too sweet to eat and she ended up leaving over half of the chicken due to the sauce. My honey chicken was very good. During the meal, I had to look for our waiter to get more water. He never, until my gaze caught his, came by to check on us. At the end of the meal, unlike everyone else, he did NOT give us any fortune cookies. The bill total was $45+. Each cup(or so) of rice was an additional $4.50 for our meal, which no one let us know. It will take a large improvement before I go back..."

"I don’t typically right negative reviews but this was a horrible experience that I just had to make mention of. The service was, well, less than stellar. Brooke the waitress seemed to completely ignore our requests not once, not twice, but three times! It was quite frustrating. And to make matters worse, every time she would deliver an appetizer she would fling it at the table and even managed to spill water all over our table. But what really disappointed us was this was a special day for my son’s birthday celebration and we mentioned it she didn't bring the sparkly candle like was being done for other tables and again threw the plate with the cake at my son. Overall, the experience was not what we expected, and it's a shame because the food was actually quite good. It took a lot to not walk out of the restaurant. On the plus side the waitress that actually delivered our entrees was very nice and handled everything we ordered with care. (Red hair at the bar) Hopefully, the restaurant can address these issues and improve their service. Just wanted to share my honest thoughts!!"

"P. F. Chang’s has always been my favorite fancy restaurant since I was in high school and it will forever be my go to. My now fiancé arranged with the manager to propose to me tonight and The staff made sure it went perfectly and that it was special and just so sweet. The waiter was so so generous and kind as well as the other two girls that were close by to help when needed as well. Super fantastic customer service and I am so so happy with how special they made our anniversary dinner. The table set up was very sweet and special."

"You know you're going to get a nice meal at P.F. Chang's. The service is always good, and they have a menu with something for everyone, from appetizers to desserts. Ally, our server provided stellar service from start to finish, an excellent dining experience."
