"Our food was cold, the food tasted fine just not $15 a plate good. We went on Saturday evening, had to wait a good 15 mins to get a table which was fine but our server was poor, I don’t know if he was tired or nervous but if your waitstaff isn’t fully trained or feeling well then they shouldn’t be on the floor. We were neglected and he came by maybe once every 15 mins, no refills no food check in to see if our food was ok, and he didn’t even walk by the table so we could grab him with our requests. I don’t think all the servers this way but this guy clearly should not have been there on a Saturday at dinner time."

"I've eaten there twice, both times the food is over seasoned and way too much salt. I had chili last time, it was so spiced up, couldn't eat it. The staff is OK, nothing to brag about as far as service."

"Excellent place to go! As a F&B Manager I am very "critiquey". Our server (can't remember her name to save my life) was phenomenal! She did great at reading the table and knowing exactly when to come over to the table. She was playful with my son and patient with my husband who showed up almost an hour late. (As it approached closing time) The atmosphere was laid back and relaxing. The food was excellent! If you go, you must try the skillet cookie! (I ordered dessert before my entree, it's that good) We will eat here again very soon and I 100% recommend!"

"Great overall experience. They did bring our food a little too quickly. We had just gotten our appetizers and before we had the chance to eat them, our food was out. That’s a huge pet peeve of mine, so I was a bit frustrated. However, our waiter was really great. He said he was new, but still was very attentive and hard working. After our meal, he even offered us to-go cups for our sodas. My husband and I really appreciated that! I recommend this location. We love Chili’s and go often to the West side location. It was our first time visiting this location, but we were quite pleased with the experience."

"This is the first time I’ve been to Chili’s in several years. I ordered the sirloin steak with shrimp, both were good. The meal came with broccoli and loaded mashed potatoes. The broccoli was bland and needed to be cooked a little more. I did not care for the potatoes either as they were lukewarm and had a slightly sweet flavor. The service however was excellent. Our server told us she was training, but you never would have guessed it. She was attentive, polite, and did a great job."
