"We went for the first time on my birthday. Our waiter, Alex, was extremely helpful and so patient with us and all of our questions. He even had a good suggestion regarding the birthday mini boil. We brought in a cake and he offered to put it in the cooler for us. He was also very attentive throughout our meal. The food was excellent. Everyone in my group enjoyed their food and thought it all had great flavor. It's more than dinner, it's an experience. I highly recommend going and we will definitely be back."

"We had such an amazing experience at Hook & Reel, our waiter Dou was extremely polite and fun! He explained the menu perfectly and helped make our meal enjoyable by engaging in fun conversation. We picked the combo for 2 and it was more than enough food for both of us and was full of flavor!!! We came for the crab but ended up loving the mussels... Hook & Reel will be our restaurant everytime we come to Wichita for events!!!"

"Love this place. 2nd time for us. Hubby got the seafood salad he absolutely loved, also had the muscle shrimp spaghetti that was amazing. I had the catfish..to be honest wasn't too impressed with catfish. But last time had boil and loved that. A must try place. Service was really good!"

"I went there for my birthday and got the free mini boil with headless shrimp. It was plenty of food. We also had the lobster bisque which was very rich and creamy. The kids pasta could have used more sauce to pasta ratio. We also ordered the 1lb snow crab boil with headless shrimp. It was all very good. It was our first time and I think the butter sauce would have been more appropriate for the crab legs. Overall, it was a pleasant experience."
