"I had called and spoke with unemployed by the name of Alex before I placed my order. It was 1:30 a.m. in the morning he was so nice kind of polite I could hear the smile on his voice. Wonderful customer service I couldn't ask for anything better and then he also requested that after I placed the order to call him back so that he can have it prepared fresh for me he is the best customer service representative that I have seen in a late night fast food restaurant Perfection at its best thank you Burger King for hiring Alex @ 1909 East Pawnee, Wichita Kansas"

"The young man working the drive through this evening is EXTREMELY rude! He asked for my order, and before I could even make a modification (large size, no onions, add cheese) he asked for my drink preference. I then stated I wanted no onions, and he cut me off and asked for my drink again. I then asked for it to be large sized, and he cut me off yet again. I never did get to ask for cheese because I was tired of being cut off. Then at the window he yelled the price out and just stood there as i handed him my card. He handed it back, I politely said "thank you" with no response. Then a few moments later he brought my food, and i said "thank you" again, and he just slammed the window shut. I come here a lot and the lady that works in the morning is very nice and super helpful, this is the worst experience I have had here."

"I always come to this Burger King after I get off late from work because they are rarely busy at 12-1 a.m. I pull up tonight and order a whopper meal for myself and a rodeo cheeseburger sandwich for my boyfriend who just worked a 15 hour shift with no time to eat. He doesn’t get home until about 20 minutes after I get home he goes to eat his sandwich and there is NO meat, just cheese and onion rings (that I overheard the cook griping about through the drive thru window). I work in a kitchen I understand so I called to tell them what happened and was told “well I watched him make that so can you bring it back??” Please tell me if there is even a TRACE of grease from a burger patty being on here . And wouldn’t the cheese be melted to it as well instead of melted to the onion rings??? If anyone can find any evidence the patty was on here I’ll take this review down ."
