"Always shutting down their frosty machine an between 1-3 hours early. It happens so frequently it's obnoxious. Maybe advertise the iconic Wendy's Frosty isn't available after a certain times. At least McDonald's will give you a heads up that you can't get certain items after a certain time."

"Went in for a quick bite to eat because I was starving waited in the lobby for several minutes waiting for someone to take my order. Had several managers and employees look at me in the eyes acknowledge I was there but did not take my order. Absolutely horrendous!"

"I work just down the road and go to this Wendys pretty regularly. Recently, there was an issue with some of their card systems. This went on for several days, and I actually visited twice during that time. Crystal, the manager, was the only reason I didn’t leave for something easier. She was very understanding, proactive, and did her best to give me excellent service. All this while dealing with issues outside of her control is something rare to see in fast food. Not to mention, the other times that I’ve been here, she’s been the same hard-working, respectful person. She is truthfully why I am leaving a review here that isn’t a 1 or 2 star."

"Invited a friend to lunch following our Sunday service last week. I have always enjoyed the chili at the Wendy's on W Central. The chili remains good however, not as thick as before being sold. I still enjoyed it and the company. I will purchase it again."

"No one greets you, or speaks to you at all. Took 15 minutes for my simple mobile order that estimated 5 minutes. No explanation as to why it was taking so long. No one else in the lobby and not much drive thru traffic either."
