"I only gave them 1 star because I had too... we walked in at 840, with 7 of us. Lady was mopping the dining room and ran to the back. Came back out to tell us the lobby was closed. We said the lobby closes at 9, and she said it was already closed for the night! Just lost $80 worth of service to the competitor next door. Lobby being open till 9 doesn't mean close whenever you want because your too lazy to serve guest."
"After calling the store we talked to James he acted clueless and didn’t care about how poorly the chicken was cut had more bones then meat James constantly questioned our order, even giving the ticket number. Only way he wanted to settle the issue was to get a free chicken that wasn’t in the bucket when we paid extra. Very disappointing…"
"The store was so understaffed that they had to close the lobby. The wait at the drive through was well over 30 minutes. It's too bad, because KFC has a good product. This store just needs to get it's act together."
"Undercooked chicken on a spicy Mac n cheese wrap. Cold and tasted like fish. Hope I don’t get sick. Ordered a 3 piece combo no biscuit and chicken was better than what was on the wrap."
"Ordered the 2 for $5 chicken wraps. They were ok. Chicken was dry and really small but you get 2 wraps for $5 so can't really expect much."
