Taco Bell 8979 West Central Avenue, Wichita, KS 67212

"Experience happened Friday, March 15th, slightly before 9:00PM CST. My husband had placed an order on their app for him and my nephews. I went to go pick it up. It was busy and they had orders stolen/missing, which in turn made some orders backed up or people getting the wrong order, so had to wait, which was fine. Once I got our order and took the food back home, we found out that one of my nephews were missing their entire order. He and I went back while the others stayed behind and I had the order that my husband texted me. We waited again for them to make that and it was busier than the 1st time I went in, with people waiting on their order or having not had their order placed yet. When we were about to be handed our food, I heard one of the employees in the back asking another employee when handing the bag to them "Are they here?", the other one asked, "Is this _ order", they said "Yeah, here's their bag and tell them to "f" themselves". I know I didn't get word for word on that conversation, but I heard the confirmation that it was our order and the response that was said directly after the bag was given to the employee who gave it to me (about the "f" part). I told my husband about it when I got home and he called to make sure that they knew what they did was wrong. It's okay to be upset and stressed and even vent to your coworkers, but it's not acceptable to let customers hear that. I'm not sure if the whole store heard what that employee said, but I'm sure others standing near me probably heard it. I'm not sure anyone will actually read this long message, and I'm not one to post a bad rating, but I feel like this needed to be said and vented about."

"WAs never much on going to a fast food Taco restaurant but just needed a snack so went to the drive thru and ordered a Stacker. I must say it was quite tasty. I do wish their side orders of rice were a bit bigger but for 99 cents it is enough."

"This Taco Bell has been extremely slow for the past 6 to 8 months consistently. I have tried everything drive through, in store order, in store pickup, and mobile app ordering. It consistently takes up to 30 minutes of waiting in line. I have sat at the window and watched them turn off the window tracking order time and turn it back on to reset the timer of how long people have been waiting. It’s faster for me to drive to the next nearest location, 2.3 miles, than it takes for me to wait in line here. Taco Bell is supposed to be fast and consistent. And this location is anything but."

"I spend $20-30 on my meals when I come here monye I work hard for, just to have my taco soggy, bean burrito not cooked fully thru, missing more the two items of my food, and it is always cold ! This place is terrible refuses to fix the orders as well so just a big waste. The picture is of a soggy taco, they should not be bendable."

"Amazing! Delicious and affordable. The nacho fries and crunchy tacos are the best. They've gotten a bit pricey lately and are skimping on portion sizes. My last bag of tacos were only 1/2 full. Not as great of a value as they once were."
