"I just absolutely love going when Ash is there! She goes above and beyond to make sure your experience and expectations are met. This is the second or third time we get her and every time she has been absolutely professional, polite and has an outstanding attitude. I love the food there and it’s always fast and made correct. "Great food as always. Was fresh and good. Tried the new England clam chowder and it was perfect. Was sad to see that the crab Alfredo is no longer on the menu and I wish they offered lobster Alfredo and not just the lobster linguini. Shrimp scampi is still our favorite as well as the cheddar Bay biscuits."

"Ouch, this place has really gone downhill. I was very hesitant to go here in the first place, and that was probably the last. We sat down, and our server looked at us and walked away. They attended to the table next to us but did not even welcome us and left us sitting for around 5 minutes. The biscuts were not hot and felt like they were missing something. There was also something off about the lobster pizza. The shrimp platter was hilarious, as you can see in the picture. The shrimp were also rubbery in texture and almost not edible. I was told that broccoli without butter wouldn't be an option for me because everything was prepared in advance. There are better options for your money. For two people with a tip, it was around $100, again just not worth it."

"The longtime west side Red Lobster, just north of Kellogg and Maple. I’ve enjoyed plenty of great meals at this location, yet for this trip I wasn’t crazy about the current lunch menu. The popcorn shrimp had the best price but when served were comically tiny with a pretty boring potato to go with the plate. My wife found nothing on the menu that was non-seafood which I swear there once was. Her disappointing salad was drowned in too much ranch by the kitchen so this visit was a rare bust for the restaurant. We still loved the cheddar biscuits and she had their all time best drink, the Sunset Passion Colada. The dining areas were attractive but too dim, and the service was a highlight of the meal. This isn’t a bad seafood option for the west side and I know there are usually some fantastic dishes served here."

"Rating for this place is ZERO!! Hair in my salad is NOT what I ordered!! I about puked! Spit food out after seeing that. Told server and to avoid me doing a review got the manager. The "manager" (wearing an apron and gloves) came out to speak with me and apologized and said he could get me another salad or take it off my bill. I didn't want another salad. Looking at the bill, a whopping $1.99 was taken off of my bill and THAT made me do a review. I guess I should have been more vocal and demanded a free meal. Besides, I always thought the sides were INCLUDED in the price of meal. Very disappointed and will NEVER return to this restaurant."
