"We've been to this location a few times now. Overall, it's been an acceptable experience. This past Saturday could have been better. My food was good, but my wife said her fish and chips wasn't great. The bigger issue was the men's restroom; it was disgusting. I thought about mentioning something to the manager, but having just flown back home and just wanting to have a great night with my wife, I moved past it. However it was bad enough that I would have typically made them aware. We will be back in the future, but hopefully, that issue doesn't become a common theme."

"The West Wichita Red Robin on Taft Street, in the dining bubble by Maple and Ridge. This visit was average at best and didn’t really impress. The endless fries and the appetizing sauce was the highlight of our meal. It was nice to get a medium rare burger but The Scorpion was dressed with a flavor that did not deliver in taste and was kind of a mess. The server and staff added nothing positive to the experience and set a very poor vibe to the family oriented dining. It’s good to have the Red Robin presence on the west side for others but I honestly think it’s overrated myself. I could only recommend this RR for situations that a group insists on it rather than wanting to explore the many other great burger options around town."

"This was my first time at this location. I was impressed. We were seated quickly, our orders were taken soon after we were seated and the food came 10 minutes later. Very impressive! Even more impressive was our waitress Maddy. She was so patient with us as we took forever to order. She was so pleasant and professional. She checked on us frequently. She was so impressive. The food was great. We’ll be back for sure."
