Hibachi Boy

"This was our first time trying hibachi boy and No one liked the food, I don't think it was fresh. I ordered at 7:45pm and there were no other customers. The Fried rice tasted like it had been sitting awhile, our chicken and shrimp were tough, overcooked. The pad Thai sauce was so salty I couldn't eat it. Even my 8 year old didn't like the crab Rangoon and she usually loves that. Unfortunately we threw most of the meal away rather than eat it."

"We just had a wonderful experience here. The ladies working were super duper kind, and made us feel like we were regulars. The food is good, basically like fast food Japanese. Not gourmet but pretty darn delicious anyway. But the service elevated this experience and I know we will be back sooner rather than later!"

"Food is great. However the customer service is terrible. They forgot to add the shrimp as ordered they their website. When I called they claimed that they were 100% sure they had put the shrimp in the box. The only way to get a refund was to come to back to the store to get a cash refund on an order that was paid via credit card. This goes against credit card terms and conditions as well as general account practices which mandate that refunds are processed via the original payment method. As you can see…there is no shrimp."

"Great quick food restaurant for Japanese hibachi good. Sushi is also available. Portions are large and generous. Pricing reasonable and you will likely have leftovers. Veggies perfectly cooked and no mushy."
