"John tube cashier stated pump 12 I told him I was at 10 he then went ahead placed my prepaid cash on 12. I went back in told him I said 10 he then got mad at me and rather than placing the prepaid amount on 10 refunded me without telling me I went back to try to pump came back in and was told that I was in the wrong. Bad service if that’s who your training and how they are going to treat someone he shouldn’t work for you I expect better customer service skills than that"
