"Just wasted 30 minutes shopping here. They are supposed to be a part of Ace Rewards but have failed to train anyone on how to look up your Ace Rewards number. Even providing them directly WITH my # does no good. I spend thousands of dollars a month all across the US with Ace for the rewards and this is the ONLY location that can't get their act together. I had over $200 in purchases that I finally just walked away from. Get it together if you're now an Ace location!"
