"This place is not fast at all. I ordered an hour ago and still don't have my food. They have Uber delivering and it's going to take 30 mins to go 1.5 miles. I called and they were like eh sorry. I only ordered because it supposed to be fast. Ridiculous"

"Got sandwiches here two times, first one had so much sauce I felt like I was drinking it, the second one was a hot sandwich that was also buried in sauce and tasted exactly like cleaner. Service was good however and the restaurant is clean, maybe too clean."

"I'm not much of a sandwich person but figured I'd give this place a try. The service was super good, employees were friendly. The food was really not great at all though, in my opinion. Got the BLT and the bacon was rubbery and didn't even taste cooked, ended up cutting my gums from the bacon when eating it. Bread was really doughy and there really wasn't even that much in my sandwich. The side didn't have that much in it either. Seems like I paid too much for something not worth it in the end. This is just my personal opinion though."

"I paid $11.00 for my turkey bacon sandwich. It literally has one ONE piece of turkey. I thought they forgot the turkey all together but saw the ONE slice stuck to the bread. Guess bread is really costly these days because that’s basically all I got. It’s ridiculous that one sandwich cost $11.00 and all you get is ONE slice of turkey, 2 slices of bacon and cheese. I mean come on, either charge half of that or put a couple slices of meat on it. I won’t ever be back."

"Got the bootlegger club which is my go-to. It's still really good, but have had it better at other Jimmy John's locations. Still, can't go wrong with it."
