"If this is a fast food place then why does it take me 45 minutes to get my food through the drive thru. If I knew it was going to take this long , i would’ve sat down at a restaurant. The format of the drive thru does not allow you to just leave so they can keep you as their prisoner waiting to be set free at the end. Update: after being kept their prisoner for 45 minute they forgot to charge me. I appreciate the free meals. I give the service a 10/10 now"

"(Update; called back spoke w mgmt was given no explanation & was transferred from manager to another. I hung up in frustration) Just went through the drive thru chose this location as the other location on Rock Road gets the orders incorrectly most of the time. Got a #1 Big Mac meal & a mcchicken. Drove home realized the big Mac had no lettuce on either sandwich & no Mac sauce? I did not order this this way. Why does mcdonald's continuously get the orders wrong to that level of degree? W rising costs & poorer service I am finish w fast food guess its for the better anyway. Would not recommend this location to anyone."

"Did a mobile order and paid ahead.. just to wait in line for 40mins. Got tired and waiting another 10mins... drove off to see 2 employees sitting and relaxing in the dining area."

"I started going to this location this year thinking it would be more convenient...because I only go here when I'm sick and/or exhausted. I will resume going out of my way to the Harry & Rock location instead. I always have at least one issue at this location; no matter the time of day. If you use the app to place an order, 2/3 times they'll be confused and you'll end up waiting twice as long. They're always yelling and cussing at eachother while you wait for them to consult someone else about whether or not your order exists. If you pay the extra for cheese on a Happy Meal for your cheese-loving spawn, prepare for disappointment. Don't bother going here."

"Bottom line: 18 minutes wait for a coffee, nuggets and fries. All but one person hiding in the back, avoiding eye contact. I get it, it stinks to have customers frustrated, but someone has to be the adult at some point. Is it ever going to be fun to get fast food in Wichita again?"
