"Ray's Mobile Food truck is absolutely amazing. The ribs, catfish, sides, and banana pudding are so delicious. We had pretty much everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. I hate tarter sauce on fish, but Ray's tarter sauce on the catfish is magic. The flavor dances on your tongue and makes you stop for a moment to savor the taste and wonder, how does this sauce enhance the flavor so well. I will continue to enjoy every bite of food I get there. It is so worth it. Ribs fall off the bone, pair it with the beans, spicy and rich or the coleslaw, crunchy and not overdone. Gotta go and see Ray's Mobile tonight, yum yum yummy"

"I have been a customer for quite some time. When the storefront closed, I was heartbroken. But when I found Ray's Mobile, I was excited. Let's get to the facts! Ray's food is 100% each and every time you order. It's always well cooked and prepared. I had Ray's help me for the Superbowl with a couple slabs of ribs and fish. It was a hit! Speaking of fish, he has the best catfish in Kansas. I live 20 minutes away and it's worth the drive to pick it up. If you are looking for a soulfully prepared experience, you can't go wrong with Ray's. He's a good man, aims to please his customers, and the food is top notch without being high dollar. "Update: Ray's GREAT! The food is always wonderful (I've eaten there 6 times now) Ray is very personable and fun and really down to earth. The place is in a food trailer on the east side of the the worst truck stop in Wichita Ks (the Philips 66 (former Kangaroo T.S)) however I go out of my way to come here just because of Ray's so the TS should be super great full that he is here because I know a lot of us only end up here and and risk driving into a pothole deep enough to swallow the Burj khalifa and spend $ at the TS because Ray's is here."
