"Review 1/30/24: I have been hitting this sonic several times in mornings over the last month. Often I get Freddy at the drive-thru window. He is always fast, friendly, polite, and makes sure to ask if I need anything else. Today, I see him running car hop, drive-thru, and taking orders. I ask if it's just him working, he said just him and the cook. Freddy is ALWAYS quick, polite, friendly, and a smile on. Don't know his story, but HE DESERVES A RAISE!!! Thank you Freddy for actually caring!!"
"I typically drive out of my way to another sonic but today I was closest to this one so gave it another shot. 9/10 times my SIMPLE breakfast burrito is made wrong which means I also pay for it being how I ordered it but I’m losing about $3 each time it’s wrong. And the answer isn’t to have me drive all the way back there for it to be made correctly, it’s a refund. Can’t seem to get it right even after multiple surveys and the phones are busy so can’t call either."
