"I went there last night to get dinner for our kids and grandkids but ended up leaving without any food. The guy behind the counter told me that they didn't have any lettuce, onions, or pickles. About a couple of week's ago they didn't have any meat. Ended up going to Spangles, again."

"Listen, BK food is okay, but consistent. The gal who rang us up on 13 Dec (order #96), was fantastic. She had colorful long hair. She saw a stressed out mom with her kids, but the employee was patient & kind. Even helped adjust my daughter’s crown. I wanted to thank her at the time, but she was busy with other orders. Our food also didn’t take long which was great so we could get back to a long road trip. Thank you!"

"I don't understand I have been to this location 3 times now, several months apart and every time I get something from there. The food is tepid at best. How in the world is a flame broiled Burger almost cold. Why are my fries cold? This has happened all 3 times stuff in there. This is obviously a management and training problem and needs to be fixed immediately."

"Messed up the order pretty bad which we waited about 25 minutes for. My spicy chicken sandwich was a regular unspicy sandwich. The double whopper was not double(which we paid extra for) and had every item we specifically asked for it not to have. (Thank God weren't making allergy accommodations‼️) They also gave us all the wrong sauces and then did not answer the phone after trying to call 4 times."

"This particular location needs to hire more workers who actually want to show up and know what they're doing. We shouldn't have to stand at the counter for 5+ minutes waiting on an online order. That's how people's food gets cold. Getting told by the lead that he was the only one there who knew what they were doing is pretty sad. There was no drive-thru line, but they still had me and 2 other people standing there waiting for our online orders. If the Kwik Shop manager hadn't gone back there to tell them they had customers waiting, there's no telling how much longer we would've been standing there waiting to be helped. Very unprofessional!!! I will not be going back to that location since this isn't the 1st time it's happened."
