"Zero Stars if I could - this Burger King will take your money and NOT give you what you paid for and tell you they are not able to give you any kind of refund!!! I have been burned Twice by this place! They will tell you they are the manager so you can't talk to anyone else and say you have to go through corporate. Corporate will only communicate with you via email and only give you coupons to reorder again. You CAN'Y get your money back!! Only coupons!!! I won't EVER give this store another dime!!! They are HORRIBLE!!!"

"I went inside to make my order since I have had bad luck with the drive through and thought it might be a communication issue because of the speakers. I was sadly mistaken. I ordered a BK bacon swiss chicken sandwich meal and they told me they were out of swiss cheese and asked if regular cheese would be ok. I said that would be fine. I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger and got a bacon single cheeseburger. This is not the first time we have had this issue at this location. I ordered a kids meal with apple juice and wasn't given a drink. I tried to order a shake and the lady at the register, who was training someone, used her hand to try to rotate a part on the shake mixing machine and told me it wouldn't be mixed well. I told her that would be fine. She didn't add it to my order. I paid $31 for a meal that was sadly disappointing. We enjoy Burger King burgers, but will not be returning to this location again and will recommend that others avoid it as well. I should have known better, but wanted to try one last time. Never again."

"I will not return to that location. Employees were rude and extremely slow. When I finally got to my vehicle with my wife and my families food I was approached by a man that appeared to be homeless and asked if I could help him out with a hamburger. I went back into the store with him to order and pay for a meal for him and even though there was no one else waiting to place an order and only three other people in the restaurant it took them more than 10 minutes just to take the order. Customer service was outrageously bad and the food was acceptable at best. Never again."

"Employee was nice but .....no ice in the ice machine, no straws or condiments stocked. Floors were sticky. Fries were hot but burger cold. Chicken old but hot. Bun hard. Disappointed. I could have spent $30 at a restaurant instead of on fast food. Over priced."
