"Not friendly, made hamburger burnt, fries not good, shake was too thin. Took up to the front to let them know MANAGER NOT NICE AND WAS MAD THAT I WAS COMPLAIN ABOUT THE FOOD. I WILL NEVER GO BAVCK TO THAT LOCATION AGAIN!!! I HAVE EATEN AT MANY OTHER LOCATIONS WITH NO PROBLEM WITH MY FOOD."
"Probably one of the worst experiences at a braums in Wichita. Waited in line for about 25 minutes only to be told to pull forward and wait longer. We sat in the parking lot well after they closed (for reference, we live .8 miles away and didn’t get home until 11:10) while no one worked in the kitchen on our food. It seemed like they were only focused on cleaning, which isn’t the worst, but not the time when you have two people waiting for their orders in the parking lot. When we got our food, the ice cream was melted and the fries were cold. The security guard working was the one to remind them that we were waiting for our orders, as if they hadn’t told us to pull forward themselves. Money was wasted, definitely don’t go here later at night. I’m sure the daytime service is better. Whoever worked the closing shift on 2/24 is who we interacted with. Frustrating experience :("
"Went through the drive-through to order one meal. The car in front of me had to pull off to the side, and so did I. I'm assuming I was waiting for freshly cooked food. But the fries were definitely not fresh."
"Very pleased with the food and service. The burgers were cooked perfectly and nice, large size. The service was excellent. We ordered and they told us our number would be called. When the pleasant young lady that took our order saw that I am disabled, she brought our food to us. I appreciate the kindness and respect I was afforded because of my disability. I don't experience that much."
