Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

"Ordered no mustard, and got extra mustard on my #1. Fries tasted as if they were mixed with sand. Took a fry, ate it, and it was extremely grainy like sand. I've been diagnosed with food poising that lasted 5 days. I will never be back."

"Ordered at the drive-thru. Got home on the hottest day of the year, only to find that they gave me a burger with no top bun at all! Are they all high? Called the manager, and he said that's what happens when they hurry too much. Offered to send coupons to make it right, but they never actually sent any. ONE YEAR LATER UPDATE: I did get a call from Freddy's a few weeks later, but was at the bank, and asked them to call me back in a few minutes. I never got a call back, and the issue has never been resolved. 3 YEAR UPDATE: I still never got a call back, and the issue has never been resolved. I guess they want me to keep posting regular updates on their blindingly fast, incredible response to customers who are waiting to hear from them. Not. I'll try to add to this review soon, folks! March 2024 update - Freddy's is still a total zero in terms of contact. I think they hate me."

"The food was good. The place was clean and my food was tasty. I always enjoy the French fries and the dipping sauce. The drive through was kinda busy but that is kinda normal. The lobby was clean and they were already sweeping to keep it that way. The rest room was clean and smelled nice too. Overall I would go back to eat. There was a help wanted sign in the window so you could join there team. That about sums the place up. Great overall. So if you’re in the mood for a good burger, good atmosphere clean restaurant this could be your stop just go on down and order up and sit back and enjoy and eat your food in the comfort of their clean lobby."

"This place is SO good! Their steak burgers and fries are delicious! The new French onion burgers are out of this world. Their concretes are my favorite though. Try their brownie concrete, because it is so worth it! It is chocolate custard, brownie, and hot fudge. It is a chocolate lover's dream! I can honestly say, it is one of the best burger joints in Wichita. They have shoestring fries. They are fresh and taste a lot better. If you have never had Freddy's, prepare to have a new favorite. *Note - They have recently changed their menu. They no longer have the Hawaiian Delight concrete listed on the menu. I know it was a favorite. They do have a doubled drive-thru that converges into a single delivery lane. If they are busy, the drive-thru can take a tiny bit longer.*"

"Freddy's is definitely one of the better fast food places in town without a doubt. The food is absolutely delicious. I love the ice cream and burgers. The people that work there are always so kind, and they always seem to be so patient with those who take a moment to decide on what to eat. I love the vibrance of the red and white colours within the restaurant, as well as the excitement of the exterior. Definitely a great restaurant."
