"I want to give a shoutout to Brad at Freddys on Amidon. He offers great service up front and then was in the back making our food and everything came out hot and fresh, just the way we ordered it. He was super friendly, definitely has a future in customer service/customer satisfaction. If his manager sees this, he deserves a raise!"
"I had been about a week ago in the early midday and there was a negative interaction with a worker yelling at another worker and barking orders and nothing was handled, nothing was said to solve this issue. it was extremely awkward and their management could be better. poor service, reprimand your employees when necessary, especially if they’re harassing somebody else."

"Clean, somewhat quick service, and friendly people. Only giving 4 stars because they never have the jalapeño fry sauce. I'd love to try some but they're always out. Only the regular sauce. I'll go back when they can keep things stocked up."
