"Visited from out of town. Store was very clean and employees were nice. At the cafe, we had sandwiches that were very plain and nothing special. Coffee was very bland. They did have a nice selection of books by local authors, as well as queer books."

"Amazing first experience! The signed copies in the store is a very cool touch to help drive in more customers, in hopes of getting a signed copy of their book. I found a signed copy i wanted that was slightly damaged, but it was the last one so I asked the checkout person there, Matt, and he helped me out with it! The food and coffee is amazing, all the food tastes fresh and delicious, and the coffee is great! The espresso isn't burnt, and the syrup isn't overwhelming. The milkshakes are probably the best I've ever had! Definitely a new regular spot for me!"

The book side looks wonderfully presented and inviting as ever, and has a very engaging and courteous staff. Tons of new releases and classics found here in a huge selection for all readers. The cafe side is a dependable place for sandwiches, salads, and definitely coffee. I’m thrilled that Watermark continues to be a success and I recommend it highly."
