Panera Bread

"This may surprise some, but the Panera at Central and Hillside is AMAZING!!! Specifically, the cashier and Jeff were, and always are, so friendly and professional. This Panera always serves excellent food. This Panera sets the example of how a restaurant should be. You'd truly be missing out if you miss this Panera based on the other Paneras in Wichita. It'd be understandable but still a HUGE mistake."

"Bread wasn’t wrapped and was not informed you had to specify on whether or not bread needed to be wrapped??? It’s flu season and I had multiple orders for Co Workers in one bag and I had to dig in my bag with a tissue to separate our orders that’s some unsanitary mess. The spoons are sharp and cut ur lip up just fyi!"

"Ordered online two cinnamon crunch sliced and toasted. But received two everything bagel sliced and cold. When I called about they told me that they send a card, but the manager called me and said that on their end I ordered the everything bagel. I explained to her that I didn’t order that, and she put me on hold. Came back on the phone and said that they will still me the card this time , and when I said thank you, she disconnected the lane without saying anything. So I really only give this store a zero not even a one star."

"Good service, great environment especially if you’re wanting to study or get some work done. I really enjoy eating here when catching up with friends or family, since it’s quite and easy to chat with the person across from you. Regardless of how many people are here, the atmosphere is still pretty calm."
