"All braums have gone way downhill. Can't get orders correct. Kids to busy goofing off instead of taking care of customers. Not near clean enough. I used to love going to braums. Won't go to them any more."

"The Assistant manager waited on me in the inside for a to go order. She was very rude, when I ordered I ordered 2 drinks but she gave me the order I asked for a cup and she acted like it was an inconveniemce to get the cup. I didn't even ask about the 2nd drink that didn't get rang in by then I was done with her attitude."

"I understand being short staffed, or when busy. I work in the restaurant industry. But when there’s one person inside and 3 cars total it shouldn’t take 15 minutes to just order: at least say you’re really short staffed or it will take awhile. People are more understanding if you let them know ahead of time. I’ve had great experience here before but the last couple of times haven’t been the best."

"Was just in drive thru for chicken sandwich meal. I got cold French fries, and not so hot chicken sandwich. It definitely was not freshly cooked. The African American girl delivered thru the window and was rude. Waited and waited on my shake. The shake took longer than the meal. They were not busy at all. I would sometimes stop in mornings on way to work to grab a sandwich if I was running behind and by 6:05-6:10. 3 times different weeks was told it would be 10 min wait as they only had 1 person working or they couldn’t do it because they just opened. I quit going for breakfast sandwich. Today I won’t go back for anymore in the future. I’ll go down to Dairy Queen for a shake if I want one. This place has had multiple multiple complaints and no changes. Poor management. The African American lady in the morning is a jewel. She was very friendly and always busted butt. She’s the only one that showed up to work and actually was clean. The guy before her was dirty and looked as though he never showered. Sorry Braums you’ve lost another customer"

"We waited in line for 45 minutes and when we got our food the order was wrong and they gave us extra ice cream which was for the car behind us. The chicken and fries were uneatable because of the dirty oil they were cooked in. Every fry was burnt and the gravy looked absolutely disgusting. The lady in the Drive-Thru was very rude and wouldnt offer me any free fries for the 45 minute delay because they were serving one car at a time. My pregnant wife got sick and we immediately had to throw all the food away that we paid 17.50$. normally braum's is good but I'll never go back to the central and Tyler location they are very slow and rude and by the way the food taste I guarantee they're establishment is dirty definitely a one star I would rate it a zero if I could. Corporate needs to address these issues for I am not the only one and this location needs to change immediately or go ahead and condemn it for our children's sake."
